MoIT receives anti-dumping documents on cold rolled stainless steel

HÀ NỘI — The Trade Remedies Authority of Việt Nam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued a notice of receipt of a request to review anti-dumping measures for some cold-rolled stainless steel products originating from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan imported into Việt Nam.

Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision  三 一 六 二/QĐ-BCT on October  二 一 last year on the results of final review of the application of anti-dumping measures for some steel products originating from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, imported into Việt Nam and decided to continue applying anti-dumping measures for these products.

After the review time expires, based on the investigation conclusions, the Trade Remedies Authority of Việt Nam will propose the Minister of Industry and Trade to continue applying anti-dumping measures in accordance with current regulations and adjust the anti-dumping measures or terminate the application of the measures.

The implementation of procedures related to the review process will not interfere with the application of the existing anti-dumping measures.

The application must be completed and submitted directly to the investigation agency before  五pm on October  二 一 (Hà Nội time) at the Trade Remedies Authority of Việt Nam at  二 五 Ngô Quyền, Hoàn Kiếm District, Hà Nội. — VNS
